Who we are

The Hidden Cash Finder is provided by Sapientis Advisory (Pty) Ltd ("we", "us"). Questions about your data: nyasha@sapientisadvisory.com

What we collect

• Your answers to the eight questions, and the figures calculated from them.
• The contact details you give us: first name, email, company and, if you choose, your WhatsApp number.
• Where you came from (for example a LinkedIn post or a WhatsApp link), so we know which channels are useful.
• Standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) that our hosting provider may collect to run the tool securely.

How we use it

To show you your results, send you a copy of your breakdown, follow up about your results if you asked us to, and improve the tool. We never sell your personal information.

Our legal basis

In South Africa we process personal information in line with POPIA. Under UK and EU GDPR we rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box before your breakdown is shown.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that help us run the tool (our hosting, database and email providers) and authorities where the law requires it. Some of these providers are based outside South Africa; we rely on their contractual and security safeguards.

How long we keep it

Up to 24 months after our last contact with you.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Email nyasha@sapientisadvisory.com. You can also complain to the Information Regulator in South Africa, the ICO in the UK, or the relevant authority where you live.

We may update this policy. The date above shows the latest version.
